Shipping Policy

Samad offers free outbound standard ground shipping for clearance items to the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is not included and can be requested by contacting us at mail@samad.com or by calling 888.726.2393. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and locations outside of the United States must place their orders by using our Contact Us form or by calling 888.726.2393. Orders will be shipped within two to five working days with a transit time of an additional two to five working days depending on location. Backordered items will be shipped within 2-15 working days. If for any reason an item is no longer available, we will contact you at the earliest. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for all unused goods within 30 days of shipment provided that the item is returned completely unused and in its original condition with the tags attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, please call 1.888.726.2393 or contact us at images@samad.com for a return authorization number and further instructions.

We accept payments made by credit or debit. All payments are made securely through our website. Once you have added the rugs that you would like to purchase to your cart proceed to checkout.
