We take great care in packaging each order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@samad.com or (201)-372-0909.
Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs so we can assist you promptly.
Return Packaging
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are certain you will keep the rug.
Items that arrive damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Natural Variations
Many of our rugs are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, and texture are inherent to the weaving process and part of the rug’s character. Colors may also vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
